Access to our trampoline park, fitness classes, dodgeball leagues, and other recreational activities is at your own risk. 2. Booking and Cancellations

Reservations for birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings, and fitness classes must be made in advance. Payments and deposits are subject to our booking policies. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible; cancellation fees may apply.

3. Health and Safety

• Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety during activities.
• Use of the trampoline park and fitness equipment is restricted to persons who meet minimum age, height, and weight requirements as specified on site.
• Proper footwear and attire must be worn at all times in activity areas.
• Children under the age of 7 must be supervised in dedicated toddler jump areas.
• SkyHigh Jump Park strongly recommends all participants follow safety guidelines and attend safety workshops available.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. SkyHigh Jump Park, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings occurring on premises or during services.

5. Conduct and Behavior

Users must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Use of Merchandise and Snack Bar Services

All merchandise sales are final unless defective. The snack bar operates under local health and safety regulations. Consumption of outside food or beverages is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SkyHigh Jump Park and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
